The vaccine is the most powerful weapon against the COVID-19 epidemic, and the need of vaccine for epidemic prevention is urgent. Wuhan Institute of Chinese Institute of Biological Products (owned by SINOPHARM) has started the construction of laboratory and  workshop  mainly for the development and production of the COVID-19 vaccine. To control the epidemic,the workshop should be built and put into use as soon as possible.
